Restoran Do Do Do in Tangkak, Johor is a restaurant specialised in selling beef dishes. When we walked in the restaurant we immediately could spell the strong smell of spices.
The method for food preparation in this restaurant comes from a Hainanese background. The owners learned to make dishes from a Hainan chef.We ordered noodles in beef broth as it is their signature dish. It came with meaty chunks of beef and delicious beef tendon which has a unique texture. There were spring onions in it as well with a side of spicy sour chili sauce.
