Address: No. 90 & 91, Jalan Teknology 1, Kawasan Perindustrian Tangkak, Johor, 84900 Tangkak, Johor
Opening Hours: 7.30 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. (Closed every Wednesday)

Restoran Do Do Do in Tangkak, Johor is a restaurant specialised in selling beef dishes.

When we walked in the restaurant we immediately could spell the strong smell of spices.

The method for food preparation in this restaurant comes from a Hainanese background. The owners learned to make dishes from a Hainan chef.

We ordered noodles in beef broth as it is their signature dish. It came with meaty chunks of beef and delicious beef tendon which has a unique texture. There were spring onions in it as well with a side of spicy sour chili sauce.

Capitol Seafood

Address: Jalan Bunga Raya Lane, Melaka
Opening Hours: 6.00p.m. to 11.00p.m. (Closed every Tuesday)

Capitol Seafood is located at the back alley of Jalan Bunga Raya Lane. There were 2 stalls at this lane which is Tong Bee and Capitol Seafood. Capitol Seafood serves cockles, cuttlefish, clams, sea snails, century eggs with ginger and many more. Most of the locals and tourists like to try the unique food here. The difference with this shop and other restaurants we visited is that we are able to sit on small stools and we eat our food beside the drain.

There is an option which we can choose to eat the cockles half cooked or well done. Moreover, the dishes will come with chili sauce which contains sweet sauce, coarse peanuts, lime juice and red birds eye chili. The process is we dig the shells to obtain the meat and then dip it with the sauce, this combination taste extremely good. There were small pails embedded in the middle of the table in which we can dispose the shells into. Their seafood was fresh with the smell of the ocean and seafood is cooked with salted water.

We also ordered a plate of rojak as well. Rojak is a kind of vegetable salad which served with fish sauce, cucumber slices, baked bean curd skin and crushed peanut. It tastes a little salty when dipping with the fish sauce. The price ranging from RM5 to RM20. Lastly, we think this prices is suitable for recommending this shop.
